Relfia Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Relfia - AI Journal, provided by Adakast Labs. By creating an account or using Relfia, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Adult Use Only

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Relfia. Relfia is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

2. Personal and Lawful Use

Relfia grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the content you add and must not use Relfia to create, store, transmit, or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or rights-infringing content, or to interfere with the app's security or operation.

3. Journal Content and Backups

You retain responsibility for journal content you create. Relfia stores content locally and may provide optional encrypted cloud backup for eligible users. No storage or sync system is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or loss-free. Keep any independent copies you consider essential.

4. AI and Wellbeing Features

AI summaries, letters, prompts, and reflections are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Relfia is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, crisis, legal, financial, or emergency service. Do not rely on the app as a substitute for qualified professional care or emergency services.

5. Free and Premium Features

The free version may include ads and feature limits. Premium features require a valid Google Play subscription. Features, limits, and availability may change over time, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

6. Subscriptions, Renewal, and Cancellation

Premium subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play and may renew automatically unless canceled. Prices, taxes, billing periods, trials, grace periods, refunds, and cancellation are governed by the purchase screen, Google Play terms, and applicable consumer law. Deleting your Relfia account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in Google Play to stop future renewals.

7. Ads, Analytics, and Privacy

Relfia may use advertising, analytics, crash reporting, app integrity, authentication, cloud, and AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Where required, advertising privacy choices are presented through Google's consent platform.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms, or protect the app and its services. You may stop using Relfia and delete your account at any time. See the account deletion instructions.

9. Availability and Changes

We work to keep Relfia available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of every feature, or compatibility with every device. We may update the app and these Terms with reasonable notice where required.

10. Intellectual Property

Relfia's software, branding, design, and service materials are owned by Adakast Labs or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relfia is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
