Relfia Account Deletion
This page explains how users of Relfia - AI Journal can delete their account and request deletion of associated data.
Delete Your Account In The App
- Open the Relfia mobile app.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm the deletion.
If you signed in with email and password, the app may ask you to enter your current password again. If you signed in with Google, the app may ask you to re-authenticate with the same Google account before deletion.
What Is Deleted
When account deletion is completed, Relfia starts deleting:
- Your Relfia account record and authentication-linked user profile.
- Your journal entries and related metadata stored under your account.
- Cloud backup data stored in Firebase, if cloud backup was enabled.
- Supported media associated with your entries, such as backed-up photos or voice notes.
- Device tokens and app data linked to your Relfia account where technically possible.
What May Be Retained
Some information may remain for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, crash diagnostics, service provider backups, or legitimate operational needs. Google Play subscription and payment records are managed by Google Play.
If You Cannot Access The App
If you cannot sign in or cannot use the in-app deletion flow, contact us through the developer contact channel shown in Relfia's Google Play store listing. Include the email address linked to your Relfia account so we can verify and process the request.
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your Relfia account or cloud backup data. Use the in-app account deletion flow to delete your account.
Separately, free or non-premium accounts may be deleted after 12 months of inactivity as described in the Privacy Policy.
